Who Are We?

Thank you for your interest in the Marty Lyons Foundation (MLF), founded 40 years ago by College Football HOFer & NFL Legend, Marty Lyons.

The mission of the MLF is to grant wishes to children ages 3-17 years old diagnosed with terminal or life-threatening illnesses.  We are very unique in that we will consider a child for a 2nd wish request under exceptional medical circumstances.

We grant wishes today for a better tomorrow!

Since our inception in 1982:

  • We have granted over 8,200 wishes.
  • We have raised over $40,000,000.
  • As of 2022, nearly 90% of every $1 raised goes directly towards Program Services (i.e. granting wishes).
