Tim Morrison Miniature Golf Tournament

The Tim Morrison Miniature Golf Tournament is the largest fundraiser outside of the annual Fall Campaign and the only event where the dollars raised support United Way operating costs to ensure more dollars raised during the campaign go directly to programs and services provided by our funded Member Agencies!

Sponsor dollars are used to cover the costs of hosting this fundraiser from marketing materials, venue rental, volunteer t-shirt printing, and more.

Day of Caring & Personal Care Drive 

The 3rd Annual Day of Caring is a community service day designed to raise awareness of various needs and volunteer opportunities among nonprofits serving Cayuga County residents. Last year, nearly 120 volunteers completed 16 day-long projects at nonprofits and community centers in Throop, Weedsport, Fair Haven, and Auburn. 

In conjunction with the Day of Caring, we are launching our 6th Annual Countywide Personal Care Drive where donation boxes will be set up at locations throughout Cayuga County to donate hygiene items such as tissues, laundry soap, deodorant, and more. The drive will run from August 3rd - October 9th. We're partnering with Food Provider's network once again to ensure these items reach all Cayuga County food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters.

Sponsor dollars are used to cover the costs of hosting this service from marketing materials, food and beverages for morning rallies, volunteer t-shirt printing, and more.

Since 1922, your United Way of Cayuga County has been serving those in need thanks to the support of community and business partners. As a Campaign Corporate sponsor, your support ensures that more dollars raised throughout the campaign go directly to programs and services provided by our funded Member Agencies by covering the costs of Campaign related events. Campaign events such as the Kickoff and Festivities are critical tools to raise awareness, encourage giving, and connect our community to essential resources provided by Member Agencies. 

Sponsor dollars are used to support Campaign Kickoff and Festivities events by underwriting venue, food, and other event related costs.
