Perrysburg Educational Aid Fund 

The Perrysburg Schools Foundation, along with a generous couple, who are choosing to stay anonymous at this time, recognize that there are often circumstances that happen to students and families that make their pursuit of continued education extraordinarily difficult. It is with this in mind that a fund was created to provide immediate and meaningful aid to graduates who are facing significant hardships that effect their financial ability to continue schooling. 

An example of how this fund will be used is in the case of Iryna Snahoshchenko, a recent PHS graduate, who spent the 2021-2022 school year in Perrysburg as an exchange student from Sumi, Ukraine. Iryna's family has been displaced and it is not safe for her to return home. While Iryna has been working to enroll at the University of Toledo, her tuition, room & board and additional living expenses are sizable. Given her visa status, she is also not able to work at the moment to aid in this.

The Perrysburg Schools Foundation is working with several local partners in the community to help fund Iryna's continuing education here in the states and welcome your support, which is tax-deductible. You can use this form to complete a one-time gift or to set up recurring gifts to support Iryna.
