Volunteers are recommended to be 18 years of age or older. Volunteers under 18 require prior approval from AANEPA Committee. Please reach out to [email protected] for approval.
Please share what roles you are interested in volunteering for.
Volunteers should not be scheduled to work a vendor table for a business or organization.
More than one volunteer can be scheduled at any particular location to assist with any weather-related issues, bathroom breaks, etc.
In the event you need to abandon your station for any amount of time, please notify a member of AANEPA to cover if needed.
Volunteers will receive a Volunteer Shirt and service hours can be provided if form is filled out and brought to the event.
Morning set up time is 6:00AM
Registration Table is 6:30
Bounce House Duty is 8:30
Food/Beverage Service - 8:30
Raffle Baskets - 8:00
Mobile 50/50 Ticket Sales - 8:30-11:30
General Info/Clean Up During Event - 8:00
End of Event Clean Up - 11:00
Photo/Video - Throughout event. Any time between 6:00 - 12
