All advertisers must complete this form to reserve space in the souvenir program. All submitted ads must meet the requirements below.  Printing will be full-color. Ads that do not meet these requirements may not be included in the final program. Payment is due at time of submission.

• Ads must be professionally designed to the specific size
requested

- Full page size: 8.5 x 11 booklet
- Half page: 5.5 x 8.5 booklet
- Quarter page: 4.25 x 5.5

• Bleed: Add .125” bleed on all sides.
(Including bleeds, the file size will increase accordingly, e.g. a full
page ad will be 8.75 x 11.25)

• Specify Trim area (e.g. a full page ad will be 8.5 x 11)

• Safety area: Keep all live artwork at least .5” from edges

• Resolution: Any non-vector artwork such as photos should be
300 pixels per inch at full size.

• Format: Press-ready PDF with embedded fonts preferred.

• Color: CMYK for print.

• Photos must be a minimum of 300dpi
