Volunteers are recommended to be 18 years of age or older. Volunteers under 18 require prior approval from AANEPA Committee. Please reach out to [email protected] for approval.

Please share what roles you are interested in volunteering for.

Volunteers should not be scheduled to work a vendor table for a business or organization.

More than one volunteer can be scheduled at any particular location to assist with any weather-related issues, bathroom breaks, etc. 

In the event you need to abandon your station for any amount of time, please notify a member of AANEPA to cover if needed.

Volunteers will receive a Volunteer Shirt and service hours can be provided if form is filled out and brought to the event.

Morning set up time is 7:30am

Registration Table is 8:00am

Family Activities/Games is 9:00am

Food/Beverage Service - 8:30am

Raffle Basket-50/50 Ticket Sales - 8:00am

General Info/Clean Up During Event - 8:00am

End of Event Clean Up - 12:00pm

Photo/Video - Throughout event. Any time between 8:00am-12:00pm
