All Sponsorships Include:
- Approximately 10'x10' booth space
- One (1) 8-foot table and two (2) chairs
- Access to a target audience
- Two (2) commemorative t-shirts
What your organization needs to provide:
- Appropriate signage for your booth
- Appropriate staffing throughout the entire event
- One child-friendly activity such as a carnival-type activity, coloring or arts and crafts project
- A gift basket to be raffled and displayed at your booth throughout the event
- If your sponsorship level includes an ad, please email logo and artwork to [email protected] by September 10th. We cannot guarantee that your artwork will be used in the "thank You Booklet" if received after September 10th.
- If interested in becoming a Title or Entertainment sponsor, please contact us immediately to have your logo proudly displayed on as much promotional material as possible.
- Be prepared for October weather. This event is rain or shine, cold or warm.
SCHEDULE for Awareness Fair Participants:

- Vendor load-in is 8:00am-8:50am. Arrive early!
- Registration begins at 9:00am and the Walk begins at 10:00am
Note: Awareness Fair booths must be set up and staffed by 8:50am on Walk day.
We also invite your organization to form a Walk Team or recruit additional volunteers for the day's activites. This will greatly increase your organization's visibility during the walk. Questions can be directed to [email protected] or by calling Tara Quinn at 570-760-3952.
