This information will be used for all printed recognition including signage that accompanies your wreath or tree.

Requirements:

1. All ornaments must be wired to the tree.
2. Tree skirts are required and will remain with the tree.
3. No perishable or edible items should be used.

The vignette decorating option includes:

• A 7 1/2 foot pre-lit tree
• A fireplace mantle with pre-lit garland
• A wooden door with a pre-lit wreath

If you are not interested in the fireplace mantle, garland, door or wreath, please write a note in the comments box at the bottom of the form.

If you choose to use personal items as part of the display, a written list of these items must be submitted when you check-out after your decorating is completed. We suggest that these items also be marked “For Display Only”.

Decorators must pick up these items from the Festival site on Sunday, November 27 between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. or these items will become the property of Festival.
