JQ is excited to offer a free, virtual stress management workshop for young adults ages 18-30. The workshop will offer information on what stress is, how it impacts the body and effective prevention and management tools. We will have an opportunity to learn and reflect together in community, facilitated by a licensed professional. The same workshop will be offered on two occasions:
- Thursday, May 2nd 12-1pm PST
- Tuesday, June 11th 12-1pm PST
JQ’s stress management workshop is an opportunity to engage with an experienced professional and connect with other young adults.
