Seasonal Spring Dinner
The Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum invites you to the Central Market Cooking School, for a Demonstration Cooking Class! Couples, Singles, all welcome.
5750 E. Lovers Lane. (Entrance at the east end, closest to Matilda St.)
You will get to enjoy following the recipes and watching the cooking, while you sip wine paired with the delicious menu presented by the chefs.
Please arrive by 6:15 pm at the Cooking School on Friday the 24th of March. Class begins at 6:30pm.

Beet, Apple, Feta Curd Salad with a sparkling wine
Seared Scallops with Spring Peas, Fennel & Orange with a white wine
Herb Veal Chop, Wild Mushrooms, Seasonal Market Vegetables with a red wine
Almond Cake with Strawberry Rhubarb Compote
​Price is $90 per person / $180 per couple
This menu is flexible to allow for dairy and gluten allergies.
