Join us for an evening of celebration and community as we come together to observe Shabbat and Sukkot, centering the voices and experiences of Queer Jews of Color, Mizrahi, and Sephardic Jews. This special Shabbat gathering will be held in Westwood, providing a sacred space for reflection, connection, and joy beneath the sukkah as we embrace the themes of shelter, belonging, and resilience. Expect delicious food, meaningful rituals, and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is invited to honor their heritage and shared traditions.
Whether you’re a longtime community member or joining for the first time, all are welcome to celebrate with us. Come as you are and help us create a vibrant evening of unity and gratitude!
We’re proud to officially expand our Persian Pride programming into QJOCSM (Queer Jews of Color, Sephardic, and Mizrahi). According to the Jews of Color Initiative’s study, Beyond the Count, the term "Jews of Color" encompasses diverse identities, including racial groupings, national heritage, and regional connections. We recognize that our previous programming focused solely on Persian identity, and we are so excited to broaden our scope to include Queer Sephardic, Mizrahi, and other Jews of Color.
Tickets are available for purchase up until 10pm the day before. No tickets will be sold at the door. The exact address will be provided upon ticket purchase.
