The Free Speech Center at Middle Tennessee State University is a unique non-partisan institution that builds understanding and respect for First Amendment freedoms through education and information.

The center’s website is the single most comprehensive source of information about freedom of speech, press, religion, petition and assembly in the world, and draws about 20,000 visitors per day, primarily students.
