Please indicate which tasks/times you would like to sign up for so we know when you are available. (Feel free to choose more than one!) We will be in touch the week before the event to confirm, but you can plan on being here for the times you indicate.

Help us get everything in place before the event. Tasks may include: setting up tables and chairs, placing sponsor signs, hanging flags, distributing bins to volunteer stations, etc.

Greet car owners as they drive in; hand them registration forms and point them in the right direction.

Take vehicle registration forms from car owners after they have parked and distribute handouts.

Spectator parking for September is on site. We’ll need people to help direct traffic.

Many hands make light work after a successful event! We need a team to help us break down and put away at the end of the event. Tasks may include: stacking tables and chairs, taking down sponsor signs and flags, putting away bins of supplies, etc.
