All volunteers need to arrive between 6:30-7:30 a.m. or as designated by Volunteer Lead.
Greeters:
Approach all guests with a kind “Welcome” and direct them to the proper station.
Registration:
Assist all walkers with registration/check-in at all registration tables.
Set up/Tear Down:
Set up and Tear down all tables, set up/remove signage, set up/pack up supplies, and any other duties assigned.
Pledge Collection:*
*To be managed by OLHSA's Finance Department, donations will be collected and processed in an organized way to benefit community members.
Snack Table:
Make sure all snacks are set out for guests. Toward the end of the walk, make sure everything is cleaned up and packed to be sent back to OLHSA.
Vendor Guides:
Assist vendor with equipment and set up if needed, direct to their proper location.
Volunteer Guides:
Direct all volunteers to the proper location or to lead the person based on assignment.
