The Ping Pong Ball is Jackson Chance Foundation's annual event, but it is more than the typical fundraiser, it’s downright FUN! Guests can compete in a Table Tennis Tournament, play games, or bid on unique auction packages, all while removing the financial burden of parking for families with critically ill babies in the NICU. Guests can learn tips and tricks from Table Tennis Olympians and Champions and watch pros battle each other in an exposition.

Event Committee Member

The Event Committee helps ensure the success of the event and responsibilities include:

• Fundraising
  • Provide volunteer leadership in achieving the goals and objectives of the Ping Pong Ball Committee
  • Attend and participate in event committee meetings
  • Secure a minimum of 2 event sponsors to achieve committee fundraising goal
  • Sell a minimum of 10 PPB tickets
  • Help solicit event committee prospects
  • Make a meaningful personal/ corporate gift to the Ping Pong Ball
• Auction
  • Secure at least 10 auction items
  • Identify unique auction package opportunities
