Perfect for couples, friends or families, the all-inclusive weekend includes cabin-style lodging, five meals, hot cocoa, snowshoe rentals and easy access to outdoor adventure.

The options for outdoor fun are endless! Explore miles of evergreen-lined trails on-site, visit Hartwick Pines State Park's old-groth forest or explore the region.

We offer European-style lodging which includes private rooms for two, dorm-style restroom and shower facilities, and a shared seating area. We provide linens, and towels, and recommend you bring your own toiletries.

Each of our six lodges are a little bit different! Please let us know any lodging requests below. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's requests on a first-come first-serve basis. ADA-accessible lodging available upon request.

Cancellation Policy Agreement and Photo Release

RAM Center Cancellation Policy

I agree and understand that in the event of a cancellation, I agree to pay a reasonable cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will be calculated as a percentage, based on the date of cancellation listed below, of the total cost for the Lodge & Learn Program.

RAM Center Damages Agreement

If the premises or any portion of said buildings, grounds or property during the agreed stay shall be damaged by the act, default, or negligence of the Group or any other persons admitted to said premises by the Group, the Group will pay to the Center, upon demand, the sum as shall be necessary to restore to the original condition.
