• Up to 60 days prior to arrival:  No cancellation fee
• 60-30 days prior to arrival:  10% of land cost
• 29-15 days prior to arrival:  30% of land cost
• 14-7 days prior to arrival:  60% of land cost
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival:100% of land cost
