BE A VENDOR!

The Lancer Ladies Brunch is Orange Lutheran's annual brunch and boutique that offers a fun opportunity for attendees to connect, unwind, and enjoy shopping from local businesses, like yours!

As a vendor, you'll have a booth to showcase and sell your goods to approximately 400 guests! It's FREE to participate, and your donation is tax deductible!

What is the Lancer Ladies Brunch?

The Lancer Ladies brunch is an opportunity for a hostess and her guests to showcase their creativity by decorating a table with a beautiful table display. There are no requirements or guidelines for the table decor! Whether you gather your favorite Christmas decor, show your Lancer spirit, or let an incredible floral display set the scene – the sky is the limit!

How many vendors are selected?

50-55 vendors will be selected for the event.

What does OLu provide vendors?

  • A vendor space of 10x10. Larger and smaller spaces are available.
  • (1) 6ft Table
  • (2) Chairs
  • Access to power as needed. Please indicate in your vendor agreement form if you require power.

Is there a fee to participate?

There is no booth fee to participate. Vendors are asked to donate at least 20% of the gross sales from the day to Orange Lutheran High School in good faith.

All vendors are asked to donate an item or package for the raffle. This gives your booth some fun promotion during the event!

What is a Featured Vendor?

For vendors willing to commit to donating 25% or more of their gross sales to Orange Lutheran High School, we will feature your business, including a photo and link to your website in one of our dedicated emails, plus some social media love!

As a featured vendor, your booth will be in a prime location outdoors at the event!

Featured Vendor

For vendors willing to commit to donating 25% of their gross sales to Orange Lutheran High School, we will feature your business, including a photo and link to your website in one of our dedicated emails, plus some social media love!

As a featured vendor, your booth will be in a prime location at the event! LIMITED Featured Vendor spots available. 

Our business understands that a 10 x 10 ft space and (1) 6 ft table will be provided by Orange Lutheran High School. Our business will provide any additional items needed and all items will be contained within the space.

  • Vending will be located at Orange Lutheran High School at 2222 Santiago Blvd. Orange, CA 92867 in the Student Union, with overflow in the Lower Gym.
  • Your space will be assigned. The location will be provided at the time of arrival unless otherwise discussed for Featured Vendors.
  • All Vendors and Guests must adhere to all of the same COVID safety regulations and policies as students, faculty, and staff while on campus. This includes social distancing, hand-washing, temperature checks, and mask/face-covering.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, whether lost, stolen, or damaged, or any theft of monies.
  • Vendors are responsible for complying with California laws, including the collecting and paying of sales tax. Knives, firearms, fireworks, weapons, or other dangerous items MAY NOT be displayed or offered for sale.  (Exception: Damsel in Distress -Per our evaluation, your self-defense protection products are acceptable & allowed).
  • Orange Lutheran has the right to ask a Vendor to leave if they or their guests exhibit conduct that causes undue disruption, or in any way exhibits inappropriate behavior.
  • Vendors will NOT be granted exclusive rights to sell a particular item or merchandise.
  • We will make every effort not to assign Vendors with similar items near each other, as long as those items are listed in the application.
  • Any special requests must be via email to [email protected]. We will try to accommodate as all requests as possible on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • All Vendors must be packed up by no later than 1:30 PM.
  • Boxed Vendor meals are available for $15. This includes a hot breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and juice. Meals must be purchased in advance here: https://lhsoc.org/llb-vendor-registration/
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping track of sales numbers in order to provide a good-faith donation of 20% of the gross sales during the Lancer Ladies Brunch. Donations must be paid prior to departure from the event. Donations can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
  • There will be a $35.00 bank charge for any bounced checks.
