Membership Terms
- Our membership is from January to December.
- Any payments from a member in good standing in the current year made from January to December will give membership through 12-31 of that year.
- If a payment was already received in the current year, the duplicate payment can be applied to the membership for the following year, or a refund can be given.
- Any payments from a new member made from January to September 30 will give membership through 12-31 of that year.
- Any payments from a new member made from October 1 to December 31 will give membership from payment date until 12-31 of the following year.
* Good Standing (paid previous years membership dues) Current Member = a member that has made a payment during the current year.
* Lapsed Member = a member who has not made a payment in the current year and is not in good standing. Any payment received in the current year, even if lapsed a few years, will be applied to the current year. We do not go back and collect previous years.
