Please note - Each ticket admits two individuals. So, for one $50 ticket, you could enter "2" in the box below. If you purchased four $50 tickets in this transaction, you could enter up to "8" in the box. 

Please list only the names of those who will be attending because of this transaction (i.e. two names if one $50 ticket was purchased, up to eight names if four $50 tickets were purchased).

The names of people attending do not have to match the name on the ticket to win the actual cash prize if the person who is buying the ticket will not be attending the event.

If you are unsure of the names at this time, please list your definites and we will follow up with you.

After you hit "Submit," the purchaser's name will be automatically assigned to the ticket for the chance to win the cash prizes.

On the next screen, you can change the name on the ticket if you wish, (under "Guest Information") to whomever you'd like to have the chance to win the cash prizes if you're buying the ticket for someone else (i.e. grandma or grandpa, neighbor, etc.).

The name on this ticket (under "Guest Information") can be different from who is actually coming to the event since you need not be present to win. The names of those who are coming to the event should be added to the field above in the RSVP section.
