Early Bird Pricing: Friday, May 12th: $150
Regular Pricing: May 13th - May 19th: $175
Students are invited to bring up to two guests. All guests must provide a signed permission form by Friday, May 19.

Dress Code:
Modesty is the overriding principle in determining dress for the dance. Keeping this in mind, the dress code for the prom is to avoid any lewd or overly suggesting attire. Students who are unsure if their attire meets dress code standards should see their advisor prior to the day of the event.
General Guidelines:
- This event is a school-sponsored activity. All school rules do apply. Any students who do not comply with all directives will not be allowed into the dance, may be removed from the dance, will not receive a refund on the ticket price, and is subject to disciplinary action.
- Non-Academy guests must have school identification or photo identification to enter the dance. Once a student leaves the dance, they will not be allowed to re-enter, unless escorted by security or AHS parking lot attendants.
- All guests of the Revolution School prom guests must produce a photo ID at the door to gain entrance to the event and must have this permission form returned to Revolution School before tickets are purchased.
- Students and their guests are encouraged to keep their identification and money with them during the dance. Revolution School is not responsible for loss or stolen property.
