• Complete the registration form below. Every participant, regardless of age, is required to register and agree to the waiver release. 
• Please note: after registering you are considered a fundraiser. After clicking 'Register' at the bottom of this page, you will receive a message saying "You've just become a fundraiser."
• From there you can personalize your fundraising page by following the prompts on the confirmation page. This will allow you to donate and fundraise.

Donations allow Unity Grief and Education Center to offer grief support to all in our communities.
