Each year on March 21st (World Down Syndrome Day) , Josh Greer walks for 14+ hours across the Memphis area, trekking 21+ miles & formally stopping at 21 well-known Memphis attractions to take pictures with supporters, self-advocates, sponsors, news outlets, local politicians/celebrities/athletes & many others. At each stop, Josh raises the global symbol for Down syndrome, a blue & yellow butterfly, to take a picture in support of Down Syndrome awareness & inclusion! The goal each year is to raise $21,000 with 100% of proceeds going to the Down Syndrome Association of Memphis & The Mid-South (DSAM) so they can continue to enrich & expand programs in the Mid-South community for the individuals & families they serve!
