As I leave for the Naval Academy, I want to invite friends and family to donate to a cause I've always felt inclined to support... The Special Olympics. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the athletes of the Special Olympics and those with the Special Olympics in their dreams. I would love to see more equity between the Special Olympics and mainstream Olympics in my lifetime. In memoriam of Leslie Raber, I wanted to create a way to celebrate her legacy with a fundraiser benefiting the Special Olympics. This organization was a big part of Leslie's life. She was crowned Miss Special Olympics in 1982, as well as, she participated in the International Special Olympics games. Leslie loved sports and to name a few, she participated in gymnastics, hockey, skiing and tennis. Leslie touched all of our lives and may her spirit live within in us. Love you Leslie!

Hello All!This year we are excited to donate to Special Olympics! Seeing the impact this organization has made in the lives of our friends, make it a perfect fit as this years donation recipient. Their mission fosters inclusivity, teamwork, and personal successes, something we could all use a bit more of.We ask that each attendee donate at least $1 if they are able for each beer they consume during the event. With the help of our sponsor brewers/bars we raised $543 dollars for Big Brothers Big Sisters last year.
