Carol Susan Francis In lieu of flowers, Susan’s wish was for donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, so that a cure and/or treatments to prolong life for sufferers of this terrible disease can be found. There is very little research done on this disease, and with her brother passing from IPF as well, her fear was the possibility of the gene being passed down to her children. With more research we can get to the root cause & start preventing this disease! Thank you for your donation. All proceeds go towards: • Finding effective treatments and a cure for pulmonary fibrosis• Advocating for the pulmonary fibrosis community • Promoting disease awareness • Providing a compassionate environment for patients and their families Please donate and together we can help those living with pulmonary fibrosis and the families of those we have lost. All donations are tax-deductible and every dollar raised goes to help support the mission of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. If you cannot make a donation at this time, please forward this e-mail and link to everyone you know. Post this on your Facebook and Twitter pages. Every donation counts, no matter what the amount. The loss of a loved one is devastating. Yet, we are always reminded by our hearts – how lucky we have been to know those that we love even in our loss. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions please contact Jake Meding at jmeding@pulmonaryfibrosis.org or (312)854-2627
