On Friday December 3rd at 515pm, the F45 Lincoln Park North Trainers are ready to have the members put them through an intense, sweaty 45-minute F45 workout. F45 workouts are just as challenging for the trainers as they are to the members. Now it's time to let the members have some fun by pushing the trainers' limits and giving them a taste of their own medicine! Donations will be made to the Special Olympics. Fitness is crucial for living a healthier lifestyle and we want to help fund equipment, training, and health screenings for athletes in need.

February 28 — March 4 Grandview High School will be hosting Pledge Respect Week. As a school, we work to find Unity, Respect, and Friendship. With your donations, Special Olympics Colorado will be able to purchase new equipment for our athletes. This includes: New PA systems Electronic Score Boards New canopies Thank you for your willingness to donate.

Hi! My name is Fallon and I coach at F45 Hollywood! I am also competing for Miss California USA this September as Miss North Hollywood and my platform is all about promoting a healthy lifestyle loving the skin you're in--inside and out! F45 Hollywood is hosting an event Sunday 9/5 to raise funds for Special Olympics, celebrating wellness for all and we hope you'll join us! He really enjoyed the friends he made and the smiles on the Olympians faces when he announced their names and they received their medals. He passed away December 27, 2021 and the family and friends and others would like everyone to give to the Special Olympics in his honor and memory

"Community Sundays" continue in August! We are coming together during the pandemic to dance while helping causes important to our community! In the month of August we will dance to support the good work of the Special Olympics. Genevieve and guest host Andrea both work in pediatrics and take a particular interest in this cause and their mission to foster acceptance and inclusion of ALL people. The Special Olympics was near and dear to Glenda’s heart because her grandson Tommy Merino has participated in several events over the years and they, no doubt shared a special bond.
