The Special Olympics was near and dear to Glenda’s heart because her grandson Tommy Merino has participated in several events over the years and they, no doubt shared a special bond. Our family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to the Special Olympics in memory of Glenda Maraldo.

We open this fundraiser on behalf of Pamela Franklin’s beloved father, David M.Anderson, who passed away this week. David’s favorite charity was the Special Olympics, so we donate in his honor. Thank you for honoring his memory and legacy!
Hello everyone! Investing in local communities and encouraging employee volunteerism are core aspects of Otis's ESG strategy. This summer, Otis is empowering interns to contribute social impact via Community Service Week, from June 28th to July 2nd. As a remote intern, I wanted to organize something that the whole team globally could participate in! Otis employees have been big supporters of the Special Olympics in the past, with some serving as coaches in sports such as alpine skiing and snowboarding, which is why I thought this would be a great cause to support. If you have any money to spare, I would greatly appreciate your donation so that we can reach our goal of $100 by July 2nd!

While hiking the 500-mile Colorado Trail, I'm hiking to raise awareness and funds to support Special Olympics. These athletes are such an inspiration with their courage, dedication, and heart as they overcome their individual disabilities to rise up to the challenge to be better athletes while strengthening bonds with their communities. The goal is to raise $500, which is $1 for every mile of the Colorado Trail. Together, we can all be stronger athletes with the proper training and motivation!
On June 28, 2021, Mutinta Nkatiko tragically passed away from COVID. Mutinta was a joy to be around and radiated love. While we celebrate her life, we also want to celebrate the things that meant so much to her. Mutinta loved the Special Olympics and was such a proud athlete. She would excitedly tell us about all the activities she participated in and how great her coaches were. This fundraiser is to help other Special Olympians achieve their dreams and honor Mutinta's legacy.

Hello everyone my name is the struggle and I'm doing this because well let me tell you in February of this year I was part of the Polar Plunge where I go head-first into a hot tub full of ice water in a Jason Voorhees Halloween costume with a clown nose on out of the handful of groups in the state of Oklahoma who did this we raised over $100,000 and made the news this was such an amazing feeling I felt so accomplished without doing anything other than what I would do on any other normal day I had to orchestrate something like this it's such a great thing to be able to give and music well it's a very giving thing so if you just curious about what I'm doing this well there you have it if you want to donate here's your chance
