Team CONNECT is fundraising to support a healthy and socially connected community! This Team imagines a community where all members are healthy and can stay that way. Join or support this Team if you are passionate about physical and mental health, and meaningful connections that improve quality of life for all. The strategies under this objective include improving access to prevention and intervention programming for mental health, and services that focus on physical well being, as well as improving connections for at-risk community members to community resources. Some of the indicators of success for this objective include decreasing suicide in the Great Rivers region and increasing youth resilience.

Team STABILITY is fundraising to stabilize household economic situations so people experience thriving lives! This Team imagines a community where all people have the resources to thrive. Join or support this Team if you are passionate about lifting individuals and families up and out of poverty toward financial stability. The strategies under this objective include improving access to living wage employment and decreasing households in financial crisis. Some of the indicators of success for this objective include decreasing the percentage of children receiving free and reduced lunches, increasing households above ALICE Threshold, increasing the percentage of renters paying 30% or less of income on rent, reducing the need for emergency shelter, and decreasing the traffic at local food pantries.
