I am dedicating my miles this year towards the 100 Miles of Hope! My goal is to run 100 miles every month between March and September. I ran 109.73 miles in March, 142 miles in April and 151 in May & 129 miles in June bringing my total to 531 miles! I'll keep this updated monthly. Thanks, Brian

The miles I walk do not include the steps taken to complete lifes normal activities(shopping,household duties, chasing the grandkids)
