Hello! I am still fairly new to the Pittsburgh area and I have found comfort and a sense of belonging while working with the Friendship Circle. Coordinating activities, events, and getting to facilitate friendships through community programming has been so meaningful and I have gotten to make connections with many great people including members, their families, and coworkers. Everyone has welcomed me in with open arms to this place of work, but also to the greater city and it feels so great to be part of a thriving community with people who genuinely care about each other. I hope to continue the ability to create meaningful connections and conversation through FC providing programs at no cost to its members and I hope you will consider donating!

The Friendship Circle’s third annual “Walk4Friendship” will take place on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Wightman Park, 5612 Solway Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. The walk will start at 11 am and will be followed by a Carnival Celebration for all walk participants! Walk4Friendship will bring the community together by having participants create teams and work together to fundraise our goal of $125,000! Each Walk4Friendship team will be asked to raise $25! Our Walk4Friendship event will conclude with a celebration of all walk participants and our sponsors at the finish line.
