Dear Friends, On May 7 we will be participating in the Swim A Mile / Move A Mile for Women with Cancer! The Swim A Mile / Move A Mile for Women with Cancer is a fun and inspiring annual fundraiser that benefits the work of the Women's Cancer Resource Center. Since 1986, WCRC has provided programs and a network of supportive services for women with cancer in the Bay Area. Its mission is to improve equitable access to cancer information, support and care. All of its services are FREE and funded entirely by charitable giving. Laura Mae and Kit are teamed up as the "Water Wenches" to support the Women's Cancer Resource Center and we hope you'll consider making a contribution in support of our participation! I created team Mitts and Muffy in honor of my wife Alana Devich Cyril, who died in 2018 from gastroesophageal cancer - and my friend Sia, Darshan, Aunt Sandy and others whose lives were lost or forever changed by cancer. Women’s Cancer Resource Center was such an important part of Alana’s journey, I want to make sure every woman in our community has access.
