We are made up of dedicated aps Volunteers, where we change kitty litter; walk dogs; train dogs; let dogs play in playgroup; foster tiny kittens; bring in peanut butter, hotdogs, treats and more peanut butter!APS is more than a shelter to us. It's a place bursting with heart and hope. It is where dogs come with matted hair; where expectant cat moms come ready to give birth to kittens; where bunnies, birds, hamsters -- you name it-- come for care. It is where the volunteers and staff give their love to creatures of all sizes. It's a beginning for an animal who comes through our doors; the beginning of their transformation and journey to a new, loving home.There are so many ways to make a difference.
