Lacy the German Shepherd gave birth to 5 puppies the day after she arrived at our shelter - 24 hours after she was scheduled to be put down. Had Anderson Humane not intervened on her behalf, she and her unborn puppies would have been euthanized in Texas. Saturn & Haprter were flown in as part of a rescue we did with the Korean Meat Trade. Annie was one of 166 Beagles we rescued last year from Envigo - the 3rd largest Envigo rescue in the country. Mini & Hugo, two blind, special need kittens we rescued, were featured on Newsweek. In 2022, we rescued over 4500 domestic and 3000+ wild animals. But these rescues come with a big cost. Mr. Wallace came to us via Anderson. We will forever be grateful for the important work they do in our county and many areas in the US! if not for their commitment to animals, we would not have had our beautiful Jack Russell, Wallace for 12 amazing years. In his memory please consider supporting Anderson Humane by donating to team Wallace. Thank you!

"Join Belladonna Media & Marketing Group in Supporting the Anderson Humane Walk4Animals!Belladonna Media & Marketing Group has created a team for the 8th Annual Anderson Humane Walk4Animals, and we invite you to lace up your walking shoes and join us in making a difference!By participating in this event, we aim to raise funds to help the Anderson Humane find loving homes. This year Anderson Animal Shelter cared for 4,000 pets in need and provided essential care for 3,000 injured and even orphaned wild animals. Every step we take together is a second chance for these precious creatures.Animals hold a special place in our hearts, and the Anderson Animal Shelter, in particular, has played a significant role in my life. I have personally rescued all our beloved family animals from this remarkable shelter. Now, we want to give back and support their noble cause.I rescued my fur baby from Anderson and she went from being badly abused to traveling the world! Bambina was an abandoned dog in Georgia who ended up on a kill list. Anderson drove out there and rescued all the fur babies who were on this list. When I went to the shelter and did a walk around this sweet baby ran to me. I couldn't imagine my life without her. I know there are so many people who feel the same way about their pets! So lets keep on supporting the good work! (PS - enjoy these fun photos of Bambina, my little travel girl, you can follow along her journey on instagram @bambina_adventures)Whether you're an animal lover, a compassionate soul, or simply someone who believes in making a positive impact, we invite you to view this fundraising page. Your generous contribution will go directly towards helping animals in need, providing them with a chance at a brighter future.Join our team, make a donation, and together, let's create lasting change for animals in our community. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, has the power to transform lives and bring joy to those who need it most.Thank you for your support, and let's walk hand in paw for a better world!" -Alyssa Smith - OwnerTeam Belladonna Media & Marketing Group
