Dear Friends, On Sunday, May 12th, I will again participate in the Swim A Mile / Move A Mile for Women with Cancer. This year I am swimming in remembrance of my friend, Julianne, pictured in my profile above, who passed away after a fierce one year battle with pancreatic cancer. Like Kirsten, to whom we dedicated our last swim, Julianne was surrounded and supported by loved ones after receiving her diagnosis. But so many women aren’t as fortunate.
