We weren't ready to adopt a puppy when we first met Booker at Durham APS in August 2013. But we couldn't resist the little guy as he showed up doing backflips in his kennel, and wiggling his whole back half of his body.The next thing we knew Booker was coming home with us. It's been nearly 11 years since we adopted Booker and since then, he's become the big brother to Gabby, Pasha, and Sergei kittens. With each, he is protective, yet loving.We are so happy that Booker is the 2024 Durham APS Spokes-Animal and that everyone gets to see the little guy that we know and love.
