Please vote for me to support men in Palm Beach County who are in dire need while in treatment for cancer. Paul R. Shalhoub Owner & Managing Attorney, SHALHOUB LAW Paul began his law career in Palm Beach County after graduating from New England School of Law. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Paul worked for one of the largest and most successful insurance defense firms in Florida. During that time he learned how the insurance industry works and their methods for maximizing their profits by denying people what they are entitled to. Knowing how these insurance companies work is valuable in avoiding their tricks and applying pressure to them in just the right ways for the benefit of his clients. He then spent significant time working locally with leading personal injury firms, representing plaintiffs who were harmed by the negligence of others. He has taken on major corporations, such as Walmart and State Farm, and beat them, recovering tens of millions of dollars for clients including trial verdicts and settlements since 2017. As a tireless advocate for his clients, he continues his commitment to his own firm Shalhoub Law. Paul started Shalhoub Law to give attention to clients who are seeking the best representation. Shalhoub Law is not just about settlements and trial verdicts, it is about people and a commitment to his clients to do whatever he can to make sure they are made whole and once again have a fulfilling life. Paul lives in Lake Clarke Shores with his wife Danielle and their two children Vivian and Oliver. Paul owns and operates Smokin’ Gator BBQ with his father and family, when not watching football or fishing in the Bahamas. Notable Results Trial verdict against Walmart for a slip and fall incident where the verdict was six times the offer issued just prior to trial. Shalhoub was also able to have his client awarded attorney fees and costs as a result of the significant jury verdict. The trial verdict against a State Farm driver was 20 times the last offer made before the trial. Also able to have the client awarded attorney fees and costs for over 2 years' worth of litigation due to the amount of the jury’s verdict. Within 3 months of filing suit was able to recover $750,000 for a client who was rear-ended by a box truck. Shannon J. Sagan, Esq.

Please vote for me to support men in Palm Beach County who are in dire need while in treatment for cancer. I first began to really understand the legal process while I was a student at the University of Central Florida. To pay my way through school, I got a job with a prominent law firm that represented major theme parks and large automobile corporations. I learned invaluable defense strategies and ways of thinking from a defense point of view. I also learned how to help plan and prepare a case for trial. After graduating, I moved back to my hometown of West Palm Beach to enroll in law school. I supported myself by working as a paralegal at a personal injury firm. The head of the firm became my friend and mentor, and he helped me apply what I was learning in school to help real life clients. During that time, I assisted in negotiating hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements for clients. After graduating law school, I joined a small but well-known personal injury firm representing people who were seriously injured. In less than two years, they named me a partner. But I felt I could do more for clients if I opened my own practice. In June 2008, I formed the “Law Offices of Shannon J. Sagan, P.A.”. Since then, I have exclusively represented injured clients throughout the state of Florida. My clients have included people from all walks of life, including business owners, professional athletes, law enforcement agents, health care workers, and many more. I even represent clients from other states and countries. In my personal time, I love finding the best live music events, collecting classic cars, and going to car shows. I also relish the time I spend with my wife and two boys enjoying restaurants, travel, and kickboxing. In addition, I have been intrigued by crypto currency news and investing.

Following employment at The Breakers, Stanton spent the next 28 years putting his dedicated and devoted work ethic towards philanthropic endeavors for the less fortunate. Joining the Intracoastal Health Foundation in 1996, Stanton was responsible for raising $3 million a year. Afterward, he launched the Diplomate Program for donors, raising funds to build a special wing at Good Samaritan Hospital to provide donors & patients with accommodations akin to a 5-star hotel. In 2010, the Center for Family Services saw Stanton's arrival, where he again bolstered fundraising efforts and increased funds raised from less than $1 million to $3.7 million annually. Six years later, he took leadership of Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope as the CEO, and within a year quadrupled the grassroots organization’s operating budget (from $241,000 to over $2.65 million) and the number of patients with cancer that received help. In addition to this, he's spearheaded two of the most successful sold-out events in Palm Beach, “Shop the Day Away Luncheon” and “Dance the Night Away Gala.” In 2024, Shop the Day Away raised 1.1 million dollars, and Dance the Night Away in 2024 brought in $850,000.
