    Woods Services welcomes YOU back to join us in person for the 8th annual Run for Woods! 

    We invite you to run, walk, or roll together through campus and the beautiful Langhorne community on Saturday, May 7th, 2022.

    For everyone’s safety, masks will be required on Woods' campus to attend the event.  However, masks will not be mandatory while participating in the run/walk course.

    At Woods, we celebrate every achievement! We provide comprehensive and innovative health care, education, workforce, and therapeutic services to 650 children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex behavioral and medical needs. Your participation will support Woods’ approach in addressing the whole person and their changing physical and behavioral health needs throughout their lifetimes. It will also preserve their right to receive the services they need in the most appropriate setting.

    Our FUN-raising goal is $200,000 for Woods Services’ programs.

    How do I create a team?

    1. Go to runforwoods.org
    2. Scroll down to the “fundraise” link in red.
    3. Fill out the information you would like to use for yourself as a fundraiser.
    4. After submitting, you’ll be prompted to join a team or create one. Select which one that’s applicable. You will be prompted to fill out more information, including team name, profile picture, etc.
    5. Click Save to save your team’s fundraising page.
    6. You will now be in your team’s fundraising page (team name will appear at the top of the screen).
    7. To add a team member, scroll down to the “register” link
    8. Select type of registration from drop down; enter name, contact info, t-shirt size, gender, age and which event you wish to participate in (5K run, 5K walk, 1 mile walk, virtual)
    9. Agree to the terms of the waiver
    10. In the “Attribute your support to” field select your team name from the drop down.
    11. Under “how would you like to pay?” uncheck the box next to “I would like to cover the payment processing fee” and fill out the billing address information only.
    12. After your registration is complete, others can join you as fundraisers or join your team by clicking on the “register” link or you can enter their information for them.
    13. You can also have friends and colleagues contribute or join by asking them to text the code located at the top left of your fundraising page (22r4w[number]) that will take them through the same process.
