Hi! We have been invited to be part of the Shepherds College mission team as we partner with Joni and Friends this summer (Friday, June 16th to Wednesday, June 28th) for a life-changing mission trip!
Our mission team comprises dedicated Shepherds College (SC) staff, students, and alums who desire to make a gospel impact in what we do and say. This trip will provide a unique opportunity for personal and spiritual growth, cultural enrichment, and kingdom impact.
Brazil is a vibrant and culturally rich country with over 200 million people. Despite its beauty and abundance, individuals with disabilities and their families face significant obstacles. Joni and Friends established retreats in Brazil to create “a place where families living with a disability find rest, hope, and community in the body of Christ.” Our mission will focus on supporting that goal and for students/alums to use their God-given potential, developed at SC, to serve others.
To send our team to Brazil, we need to raise $48,000.
