I’m excited to have been nominated to be part of the Teen of Impact campaign this year. As part of this year’s class of changemakers, I’ve brought together a team that’s working to make the greatest impact possible. We will be raising funds for the American Heart Association and working to improve the health of our communities. I hope we can count on your support!
Heart disease is prevalent across my family, so it is a matter close to my heart. I strive to be fit and active to maintain my own heart health and I fight to promote heart health and support those suffering from heart disease. In elementary school, I jumped at the opportunity to participate in the AHA Kids Heart Challenge and was my school’s top fundraiser for 4 consecutive years. Now I’m ready to step up my game and rise to the challenge of an even greater opportunity and make the biggest impact possible in the fight against heart disease.
Our team is focused on preventing heart disease and stroke. We’re promoting healthy lifestyles, building awareness, and raising funds to support research and education initiatives. Cardiovascular diseases, which include heart disease and stroke, claim the lives of someone every 80 seconds.
Every $ counts! Thank you for your donation!
All donations must be made by 12:00pm on Thursday, April 7th to count towards my campaign.
