The Carolinas Psychology Conference (CPC) is one of the longest running undergraduate psychology conferences in the nation and was founded by Dr. Slater Newman (NCSU), Dr. Lyn Aubrecht (Meredith College) and Dr. Jack Huber (Meredith College). Campbell University now sponsors and hosts this unique annual event. The student-run conference is advised by Professor Katie Van Allen (Associate Professor of Psychology, Campbell University). The conference encourages students to present their original research and learn more about research in psychology. People from all over the southeastern U.S. and beyond attend the conference each year.
