I'm fundraising for the Vasculitis Foundation because they do amazing work which has directly impacted my life. As most of you know, my daughter Amy was diagnosed with Wagner's granulomatosis as a teenager. The Vasculitis Foundation was a vital resource for our family providing education, helping us find doctors and other resources. Sadly, after living a full and happy life with her friends and family, Amy lost her battle with vasculitis in February of 2022.
Amy had an unparalleled zest for life and in her honor, I am climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. This will be no easy feat, just as Amy’s battle with vasculitis was no easy feat. Mt. Kilimanjaro stands 19,341 feet tall and my goal is to raise $1 per foot for a total of $19,341 for the Vasculitis Foundation. Will you join the adventure and donate in Amy’s memory today? Your support will empower the Vasculitis Foundation to continue advocating for early diagnosis, better treatments and improving quality of life for patients with vasculitis. Thank you for taking the time to read my request.
***UPDATE! I made it to the peak!***
