Currently volunteering as the Executive Director of the Rossville Downtown Development Authority, Tobey has lived in the Rossville, Georgia area for nearly 10 years and is passionate about helping to continue to advance his community. In his professional life, Tobey serves as the Director of Analytics for The Johnson Group and is an alumni of the College of William and Mary. He could not be more excited about raising money for Primary Healthcare Centers while ballroom dancing for the very first time alongside his incredible Pro, Tish.
