In 2022 Ukraine will honor 90th Anniversary of Holodomor, a man-made famine orchestrated by the communist soviet government of Joseph Stalin in 1932-1933. Holodomor resulted in the death of millions of innocent Ukrainians, including women and children.
Known as the "bread basket of Europe", Ukraine saw its population deliberately starved to death in an attempt to break its character and erase its national identity.
Please join students and staff of the "Ridna Shkola" Ukrainian School of Houston in their effort to honor the memory of Holodomor victims by lending a helping hand to those with empty plates in our home city of Houston.
