University of Arkansas - Fort Smith
Men progressing with purpose.
The Men of Excellence, a registered student organization, focuses its mission on providing all young men with the tools and know-how to stand up for what is right, take notice, and do things in a positive manner. Shaping men into the leaders of the future, MOX tackles social issues, stereotypes, and systematic problems. The members of MOX are committed to the development of a better future through community engagement, mentorship, and the development of leadership skills to empower themselves and everyone they encounter.
Giving to MOX will help them continue to purchase suit jackets, ties, and resume portfolios for their members to present themselves with confidence and eloquence as they enter the workforce after graduation. Funds will also support their goals of bringing guest speakers to UAFS to speak about issues impacting men and women, sending members to conferences, and continuing the organization’s efforts to develop successful men, fathers, and members of society.
“Men of Excellence isn’t just Men of Excellence. We’re all part of something else. You’re not just part of Men of Excellence; you are part of everything.” – Lucas Croney, MOX president
“Since I joined MOX my freshman year, it has always been a strong support system from like-minded people from whom I could learn and gain wisdom.” – Johnathan Brewer, former MOX president
