Please join Greystar’s Florida Development and Construction business in supporting Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando & Osceola County. Community is one of Greystar’s six pillars of excellence and a part of our corporate fabric; therefore, we are looking to positively impact the communities in which we develop. This initiative will go to support families in need throughout Central Florida, where we are developing Overture Hamlin, an 180-unit, Class A senior apartment community and Elan Ruby Lake, a 372-unit, Class A apartment community. Our request and our goal is to rally everyone who has been involved in, benefited from and contributed to the success of Overture Hamlin and Elan Ruby Lake, to raise money, awareness and resources for the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando & Osceola County. So many people, from our firm to subcontractors, consultants and financial partners, have benefited from our Overture Hamlin and Elan Ruby Lake developments, and we ask that everyone give a little back to support the community. Donations can be made via the website or via check as noted below. We have seeded the fundraising effort with Greystar and personal donations.
