Support KISU
Hello KISU FM listeners. This is your call to action!
As you know fundraising on KISU is a 24-7-365 proposition. In order to fund the quality programs you enjoy on a daily basis from the local, regional, national and international news to the outstanding music interviews, concerts, and exposure to music that can truly move or soothe you, we need your support.
Here are some things we have been able to accomplish at KISU FM 91 because of your pledges:
- Record and produce nearly 20 local shows, local news, and ISU athletics
- Make improvements to KISU’s live stream at KISU.org and add a second stream for ISU Athletics broadcasts
- Install new sound-proofing materials in recording studios
- Upgraded remote recording equipment and web-based communications programs
- Create additional training opportunities for ISU students seeking professional career experiences in areas such as research and news reporting, graphic design, website management, music production, audio editing, and more.
In 2023, KISU will work to:
- Improve signal quality for the translators in Idaho Falls and Rexburg
- Expand reporting and issues coverage of Idaho politics and news topics
- Continue upgrading studio equipment to phase-out aging analog components
We carefully use the donations to improve for you! We have many other exciting things needing your help. As you donate, let us know if there is a need you would like to see your donation go to at KISU FM.
