Mastercard Employee Assistance Fund
The Mastercard Employee Assistance Fund has been created to help current employees, their spouses/domestic partners or eligible dependents of deceased employees who are in need of financial assistance because of a disaster or personal hardship. The fund relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from Mastercard for funding. Every contribution helps, and when combined with the donations from others, may provide a tax-free grant to help a fellow employee.
