Matty Domanski was a gentle soul who looked out for everyone whenever he could. Growing up in a small town called Peapack, New Jersey, he was (and still is) loved by everyone. He was always hard working and dedicated to coaching baseball, keeping an eye out for all the kids, and to being a devoted husband and father. He spent his life fishing, hunting and working hard, not necessarily in that order. Through the years he grew to be an amazing part of many lives and truly LOVED Catch-A-Dream. Introduced to the organization by Catch-A-Dream Volunteer Mark McNealy, one of Matty's "adopted sons" whom he nurtured since Mark's childhood in Peapack, he found strength and hope through making custom knives. He gave them away and asked recipients to make a donation to Catch-A-Dream. On October 15th, 2021 he celebrated his 80th birthday. This new found love gave him a purpose everyday, and he wore his Catch-A-Dream apparel religiously. His wish was to have anyone that wanted to celebrate his birthday to make a gift to Catch-A-Dream. That wish came true when his friends and family donated over $4700, enough to fully fund 1 child trip and to qualify Matty as a member of the distinguished Dream Maker Club. He was a loving soul who deserved the best, and GAVE his best. Please join Matty's friends and family now, by making a gift in his MEMORY to his favorite charity! Let us preserve and honor the MATTY DOMANSKI LEGACY.
