    Friends of Community Hospice & Health Services invite walkers, runners, and rollers to participate in the Second Annual Walk & Roll Fun Run!

    Proceeds from this 1K/5K untimed event go towards Gabriel's Friends Pediatric Fund, supporting Community Hospice & Health Services Pediatric Care Programs.

    Do not forget to register your participant entries! All participants must be registered by September 24, 2024 to guarantee a t-shirt. Once your sponsorship is submitted, you will be emailed a promotional code during Foundation business hours for your participants to individually register.

    Participant Registration
    We welcome all walkers, runner or rollers to register to be a part of Walk & Roll! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcomed. To register, click the "Register" button at the top of the page. 

    Each participant must register separately. If you would like to register a large group, please contact the Community Hospice & Health Services Foundation at 209.578.6304 or [email protected] for assistance.  

    Register by September 24, 2024 to receive a t-shirt. Day of registration will be accepted. 

    Become a Fundraiser and Start or Join a Team! 
    Want to both attend and help Friends of Community Hospice & Health Services fundraise for Walk & Roll? Become a fundraiser and start or join a team! Gather your classmates, friends, family and co-workers to enjoy this fun 1K/5K and raise funds to support Community Hospice & Health Services Pediatric Care Programs. 

    What is a fundraiser? Event participants are also known as "fundraisers", an individual person who is raising money for Walk & Roll. A fundraiser may raise money independently or may also join a team. 

    What is a team? A team is a group consisted of individual fundraisers  working together to raise money to support Walk & Roll.

    For example, Jim started a team called the All Stars. His friends Pam and Michael also joined his team as fundraisers. Jim, Pam and Michael all have fundraising pages but are working together as the All Stars team to raise funds under the All Stars name. Fellow employee Dan wants to fundraise but does not want to be on the All Stars team so he raises funds using his own fundraising page.     

    Step 1: Register. Click here or on the "Register" button at the top of the page. Complete the prompts on the registration page. After answering "Yes" to "Would You Like to Start or Join A Team", make sure to click on "I'd like to sign up" or "Apply Funds To Myself" to ensure you are able become a fundraiser and/or team member. Once completed, click submit. You will then be directed to the next page to choose if you would like to become a fundraiser and/or to join or start a team.    

    Step 2: Personalize Your Page. Once you have clicked "Become a Fundraiser" or "Start or Join A Team", you will be directed to a page where you will be able to personalize your profile by adding a photo and fundraising goal. If you are simply joining a team or becoming a fundraiser, you will be able to personalize your fundraiser page. If you are starting a team, you will have a fundraiser and team page profile to personalize. 

    Step 3: Fundraise! You are almost done! Now that your page(s) are set up, send out the link to others so they may donate to you as a fundraiser, your team or join your team! The link may be copied and pasted from the search bar at the top of your page, or may be found on your confirmation email titled "Your Fundraiser Page is Ready". Your fundraising page may be shared via social media, text and email by clicking on the corresponding icons on your fundraising page.
