It is not too late!
You can do a one-time donation to support our families!

Last year, Newburgh Enlarged City School District employee support of United Way the Dutchess-Orange Region helped over 240,000 of our neighbors. All funds raised during our campaign are invested in the community to help local individuals and families with access to food, shelter, mentoring, tutoring, basic needs, crisis intervention, help for runaway teens, help for opioid addiction, suicide prevention and violence prevention. Some of these services directly benefit our scholars and families. For a full list of programs and more information visit- https://www.uwdor.org/campaign-2020-info-page.

We can all make an impact in our community with a gift of $2 per pay check or more. Each dollar goes a really long way. Donors giving $500 or more are automatically members of the United Way $500 Club and donors giving $1,000 are members of the United Way Leadership Society.

You have the option to donate to the campaign through payroll deduction, a one-time or monthly credit card deduction, or by check. To make a Payroll Deduction contribution, please select the amount you would like to donate per pay period and it will be deducted directly from your paycheck. If you choose to donate by check, it can be sent directly to United Way (75 Market Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601). Please write "NECSD Campaign" on the subject line of your check.

This year we have added a fun competition between buildings! The school that raises the most money and the school with the greatest participation will win. Please select your building page when making your donation or pledge, so we can keep track and watch each building's progress.

If you have any questions about United Way or the resources they offer, please reach out to our United Way contact: Emily Sassano anytime- 845-471-1900 ext 3104 / [email protected]
